Eighteen archival boxes holding Warragul Shire work vouchers, dating 1881 TO 1930.
There are another 40 boxes stored at Baw Baw Shire Depot under the acquisition number 30326 dating 1932 to 1939, 1941, 1942, 1943, 1947, 1948, 1951, 1952.

This album contains photographs of the restoration of the Old Shire Hall and the Railway Park.
Known as LEAP "Reaping the Benefits"
A pictorial account of the Regional Employment Project of 1995. Produced by PROCEED in 1995. It gives the history of the project, the woroks done. The final pain colours listed for each room when repainted.
It also includes the repair of the Police Stables siituated at the rear of the Police property that extends from Palmerston Street through to Barkly Street.
