8. 10.04.1997 Warragul and District Historical Society museum keys - an agreement needed with Warragul Gazette for their staff to access the downstairs rooms holding the vault with the newspapers.

05.03.1997 RSL decision to cover full costs of $200 for restoration of ANA Honour Board. RSL would like a plaque attached acknowledging RSL funds were donated to restore board.

Warragul's Old Shire Hall Restoration Chronicles
A history of Warragul and District Society's involvement with the tenancy of the Old Shire Hall dated 18th February 1992 - 2000
Covers cleaning of the Old Shire hall, bees in the chinmeys, need for wire bars on toilet windows, cracking and falling of plaster downstairs, leaking roof causing falling plaster upstairs.
9.01.1995 and 7.03.1995 major heritage restoration projects available.
20.06.1995 Old shire Hall restoration occuring for next 6 months.
15.09.1995 Committee of Management formed for the Old Shire Hall. include Representatives from Council, Warragul and District Historical society and tourism forum.
13.11.1995 Our request for storage to be a permanent arrangement in using the old toilet block.
29.11.1995 Council agrees to the use of the western section of the Old toilet block for storage.
12.09.1996 and 21.10.1996 Meeting with Committee Managment for issues to be resolved.
11.09.1997 The display of Agricultural Equipment cannot be in public areas of the Old Shire hall.
12.10.1997 Our proposal for use of smaller upstairs meeting room for the West Gippsland Genealogical Society to move their library into.
01.12.1997 Use of Old Shire Hall with the sharing of costs between us and the Genealogical Society and Tourism.

04.12.1997 Regarding suggested rental costs, very disappointing, Over the years the payment has been $500 with our usage being 207 hours per year.
30.12.2022 Baw Baw Shire council will not negotiate rental.
29.07.1998 and 06.09.1999 invoiced 25% of the total outgoings for the Old Shire Hall of $730.00
10.04.2014 concerns of maintenance for Old Shire Hall as requested by Baw Baw Shire Cultural Officer.

A reply from Jodie Unstead - does not have films.
Dated 04.11.1995 letter from John Murphy, librarian at leongatha, trying to track missing films, visited Dennis King but could not contact him.

A history of letters from 16.10.1993 to 05.03.1997 the need to have the Warragul Rate Books micro fiched,
On 01.08.1995 the rate books had been moved to the Public Records Office. Listing of records were of Narracan, Buln buln and Warragul.
On 27.02.1996 Baw Baw Shire Council advise allocation of $3,500 to undertake micro fishing rate books.
On 31.12.1996 Rate books were micro fiched , cost $11,000
Warragul and District Historical Society contributed $500 and received a set.

7. Dated 16.07.1995 iniformation about Glen Cromie Park. Joseph Cromie had staff picnics at this area they were transported by horse drawn drays.from Rhoden's Livery stables situated in Williams Lane.
